Job Description :-
Good communication skills.
Must have experience in managing end to end recruitment's. (IT or Non-IT)Right from searching,screening to short-listing candidates, coordinating, & conducting interviews and follow up till the candidate joins.
Should have Good knowledge of portals and sound in sourcing.
Should be good to acquire the best talent & closing the requirements within specified time frame & within the budgetary constraints.
Handle interactions with clients and partners. Develop and cultivate strong relationship within the client management, Technical Managers, Technical interviewers, HR managers and Candidates for facilitating smooth recruiting.
Maintaining a database and updating MIS daily.
